Client Story: Depression Dissapeared for Her
I had a new client come in, her bra was so tight her breasts were so full of lypmhatic waste it started making her neck pull forward. The bra made two more boobs on the side and in the front. I guess that’s a total of 6 boobs. She had yoga pants that folded her butt cheeks upwards and created a camel toe (a powerful wedgy). Sorry men if that was too much, but it needs to be discussed if you have young girls to never allow them to wear clothes that pull their pelvic floor up into their intestines. This will create urination issues, numbness in the pelvic floor and not to mention change your microbiome. If you wear these tight clothes everyday…your body will numb out both mentally and physically.
Anyways, distracted-story-focused…this new client mentioned she was going to start anti-depressants if she couldn’t figure out a way to shake off the blues she’s been having for a few years now.
I recommended 2 things: Make More Blood (a Hot Topic Coming Soon!) and stop wearing tight clothes.
Literally a week later she messaged me and said, “I don’t know if is too soon for me to decide, but I don’t think I need antidepressants anymore. I have more energy and don’t feel bummed all the time anymore.”
Praise God for blood and BLOOD FLOWING.

Socks
Impressions on the skin of tight clothes are signs of suffocation to the skin, lymph, muscles, arteries, veins and bone growth.
Socks:
I’ve seen it on young children and have seen what it does to adults over the years. These tight socks suffocate the ankles and create bulging calf muscles. The reflexology points of your ankles are your digestive system (colon). Tight socks equals tight narrow colon.
Shoes
If you can’t bend your ankle full range of motion, they are not good shoes. Wear shoes that don’t leave marks and you can move freely in them.
Cowboy boots and heels should not be your go-to shoes to wear every day or once a week. With some people, they should never have these shoes. Some other people can get away with heels but usually not for long. They develop neck and back pain along with heal issues.
Both boots and heels restrict blood flow to reproductive system because the pumping blood of your legs.

"I Don't Feel Comfortable in My Own Body"
Turns out your clothes may be too tight or too loose. Regardless of your clothes, if you are not comfortable with your body take Vitamin D. This helps flush out “toxic weight” which can help with the “bloating feeling.”
