How To Stay Hydrated

When our stomach is out of place, we do not absorb water and break down food mechanically and chemically. The following solutions are ways to make your stomach go back in place allowing the inside of the stomach wall to absorb…and it’s tasty!!


1. "Better -than-Electrolyte" Gatorade

Step 1:
Ozonate a 8 ounce bottle of water with an At-Home ozone generator.

Step 2:
Blend ingredients in Blender and stir in bottle of water:

– 1 Capsule of Kelp (Seaweed)
Freeze Dried Fruit
– Tablespoon of Blackstrap Molasses 
– Teaspoon of Honey

Step 3:
Shake and sip through out the day.

Note: This drink does not count as your gallon of water a day. More on why you should drink a gallon of water.

2. Trail Mix

Make your own Trail Mix:
Dried Freeze Fruit
– Nuts (Almonds and Walnuts)
Chocolate Chips
– Raisins

Put in a mason jar with lid or zip lock bag.
Eat a handful or two at 10:00am and 3:00pm.

This is not a meal replacement.

3. One Gallon of Water a Day (128 ounces)
