Directions

MAKE THE MIXTURE:
Step 1: Ozonate an 8 ounce glass of water with generator and tap water. Run bubbler for 10 minutes.

Step 2: Pour ozone water into nasal spray bottle up to 90%.

Step 3: Add 6 drops of Immunity Boost.

Step 4: Add a pinch of pink salt.

FOR NOSE and BREATHING:
Spray up once each nostril. Let sit for 5 seconds or until stinging. Then gently blow out everything until it is completely empty. May take up to 10 minutes to keep blowing everything out. Repeat only two more times if it is still stuffy nose. Do this process for maintenance once a week.

FOR THROAT:
Spray in mouth 5 sprays. Let it sit until stinging and Spit out. Repeat through out the day as necessary. I spray in my mouth every 2 hours when I was around someone who was sick or feel a scratch in my throat.

FOR EARS:
Spray in one ear one time for each ear. It will sting a little bit. Use kleenex to clean out. Repeat 2 or 3 times through out the day.
