Directions

1. As you are moving forward strike your
heal first and roll off on your toes.

2. Keep your toes parallel.

3. Then, lift up your knee from your core
(belly button) and strike heal and roll off
toes.

4. Look up.

5. Hang arms naturally and swing.

6. Remember to engage triceps (back of arm) back when swinging backwards.

7. Engage Core
(Belly button up towards
head.)
