How does loneliness affect my Posture?

This past week I was with a friend and her 4 year child. She was telling a story and her son interrupted us suddenly and goes, “Miss Amy, did you know that Jesus died for us?”
That question sobers us up from any mood, but thought I would remind those who believe the illusion of loneliness, Jesus died for us to be with Him forever. We are never alone.
The below set of muscles help us function and survive through loneliness but our bodies were not designed to function with the illusion of loneliness in our bodies:
Superficial Front Line (Stomach Meridian)
The function of the SFL is to balance the Superficial back line (SBL), and to provide tensile support from the top to lift those parts of the skeleton which extend forward of the gravity line – the pubis, rib cage, and face. Myofascia of the SFL also maintain the postural extension of the knee. The muscles of the SFL stand ready to defend the soft and sensitive parts that adorn the front surface of the human body, and protect the viscera of the ventral cavity. Such as the throat, breast, belly, Groin, and Genitals.
Lateral Line (Gallbladder Meridian)
The LL functions posturally to balance front and back, and bilaterally to balance left and right. The LL also mediates forces among the other superficial lines – the Superficial Front Line, the Superficial Back Line, all the Arm Lines, and the Spiral Line. The LL often acts to stabilize the trunk and legs in a coordinated manner to prevent buckling of the structure during activity.

The lack of muscle movement through the diaphragm is not allowing the body to right itself, causing the muscles to atrophy (form crookedly) in that area.
General Associated Temperament: Phlegmatic
Strengths of the Phlegmatic:
Calm, quiet, easy going, dependable, objective, diplomatic, efficient, organized, practical, humorous.
Weaknesses of the Phlegmatic:
Generally unmotivated, prone to procrastinate, selfish, stingy with money and time, self-protective, indecisive, fearful, a worrier.

The only way out is through exchanging false claims with true claims. Praise God He gave us these directions in Galatians and Colossians explain the benefits of the book of Philippians’ list of things to think on.
Galatians 2:17-21
17 But if while seeking to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also have been found to be sinners, then is Christ an agent of sin? May it never be! 18 For if I build up again these things which I destroyed, I show myself to be a transgressor. 19 For through the law I died to the law, in order that I might live to God. I have been crucified with Christ, 20 and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me, and that life I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. 21 I do not declare invalid the grace of God, for if righteousness is through the law, then Christ died to no purpose.

Walk
