Mood & Posture
How does Loss affect my Posture?
Mood Song
Set of Muscles
Deep Front (Liver Meridian)
These muscles are designed for the function of this specific mood.
The muscles along this line play a major roll in the body’s support by lifting the inner arch, stablizing each segment of the legs, supporting the lumbar spine from the front, stabilizing the chest while allowing the expansion and relaxing of breathing, and balancing the fragile neck and heavy head atop it all.
The longer we stay in this mood, the heavier our head becomes due to the waste filling in the head (not able to detox). The head goes from 12 pounds to 24 pounds to 72 pounds as the waste collects.
When the head is heavy, the obliques “go limp” due to the pressure on your whole thoracic area causing the SHRIMP Posture to worsen.

Ailment Correlations
Postures that form from Loss are Tip Toe and Duck Walk. Here are a few correlated issues that can occur with the set of muscles being weighed down from Loss:
Bright's Disease
Bright’s disease is a historical classification of kidney diseases that would be described in modern medicine as acute or chronic nephritis. It was characterized by edema, the presence of albumin in the urine and was frequently accompanied by high blood pressure (hypertension) and evidence of heart disease.
Bunion
Bunions are bursitis located at the base of a toe, often caused by constrictive footwear.
Cholesterol
Cholesterol is an important lipid that comprises part of the cell membrane and myelin sheath and that plays a role in nerve cell function. It is created by the body and can be found in many foods we eat. An imbalance of certain types of cholesterol in the blood has been theorized to play a role in the formation of plaques in the arteries (atherosclerosis).
Also, if you don’t eat enough cholesterol, your body will create it’s own version which is not good, as it can lead to clogged arteries.
Hernia
Herniations through the muscular wall of the large intestine (colon), are caused by increased pressure in the bowel from constipation. Other ways to get hernias are through straining the musclar wall from heavy lifting or injury.
Indigestion, Gas Pain, Flatulence
The human digestive system is the series of organs and glands that process food. The digestive system breaks down food, absorbs nutrients for the body to use as fuel, and excretes as bowel movements the part that cannot be broken down.
Usually when this occurs the muscles around the stomach have laterally pulled the stomach out of place causing acid reflex and gas.

Solutions
These solutions are immediate relief for any mood.
The only way out is through exchanging false claims with true claims. Praise God He gave us these directions in Galatians and Colossians. These books point to the practical help of the book of Philippians as it gives us the list of things to think on.
Galatians 2:17-21
17 But if while seeking to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also have been found to be sinners, then is Christ an agent of sin? May it never be! 18 For if I build up again these things which I destroyed, I show myself to be a transgressor. 19 For through the law I died to the law, in order that I might live to God. I have been crucified with Christ, 20 and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me, and that life I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. 21 I do not declare invalid the grace of God, for if righteousness is through the law, then Christ died to no purpose.
Galatians 2:17-21
You only have access to these emotions through Jesus: Philippians 4:8
Phillipians 4:4-23
4 Rejoice in the Lord always; again I say, rejoice. 5 Let your gentleness be made known to all people. The Lord is near. 6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. 7 And the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. 8 Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are right, whatever things are pure, whatever things are pleasing, whatever things are commendable, if there is any excellence of character and if anything praiseworthy, think about these things. 9 And the things which you have learned and received and heard about and seen in me, practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.
10 But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly that now at last ⌊you have renewed your concern for me⌋, for whom also you were thinking, but you had no opportunity to express it. 11 Not that I speak from need, for I have learned to be content in whatever circumstances I am. 12 I know how both ⌊to make do with little⌋ and I know how ⌊to have an abundance⌋. In everything and in all things I have learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both ⌊to have an abundance⌋ and to go without. 13 I am able to do all things by the one who strengthens me. 14 Nevertheless you have done well by sharing* with me in my affliction. 15 Now you also know, Philippians, that at the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no church shared with me in the matter of giving and receiving except you alone, 16 because even in Thessalonica ⌊on more than one occasion⌋ you sent for my need. 17 Not that I seek the gift, but I seek for the profit that increases to your account. 18 But I have received everything in full and have an abundance; ⌊I am well supplied⌋ because* I received from Epaphroditus ⌊what you had sent⌋, a fragrant offering, an acceptable sacrifice, well-pleasing to God. 19 And my God will fulfill your every need according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. 20 Now to our God and Father be the glory ⌊forever and ever⌋. Amen. Final Greetings and Benediction 21 Greet every saint in Christ Jesus. The brothers with me greet you. 22 All the saints greet you, and especially those of Caesar’s household. 23 The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit.

Walk
20 minute walk. The heat of each step from heal strike to abdomen out through sternum and top of head is your massage away from a therapist. It’s amazing what a 20 minute walk can do. Recite or listen to Philippians 4 while you walk.
Gallon of Water a Day
Yes. This is repeated a lot. Water is free. So I’m thrilled to repeat it as it is the top 2 requirements for us to heal. Muscles require hydration to do the whole ADP ATP exchange. This helps dispose fibers from toxic chemicals restoring posture.
Make More Blood
Putting is Simply: Eat 3 Meals a day with variety including a meat, fat, grain, fruit and veggies for every meal. Add spices!
Vitamin D
True non-synthetic lard, fat and oil is the “love that covers a multitude of sins.”
Buy Fish Eggs Here (High in Vitamin D) Take 3 in the AM and 3 in the PM for 3 months and then switch to 3 a day for just living in this synthetic world. Vitamin helps dispose the junk faster!
Bodywork
If none of those things helped, come in for 1-3 sessions to “wring” out the chemicals supporting a “stuck” sensation of this mood.
