How To Make More Blood

This is the foundation of all healing: Blood. Leviticus and Hebrews says, “Life is in the blood.”

1. Eat 3 Meals a Day

Do Homeostasis Checklist every day. Eat 3 meals a days.

Breakfast 7:00am-9:30am
Lunch 12:00pm-2:00pm
Dinner 5:00pm-8:00pm

Brain loves variety! Our bodies are designed to eat and ENJOY variety of foods.

Eat red meat or a meat in at least 2/3 meals,
8 cups of veggies and
6 cups of fruit in some way
Get your bread and butter in there once a day.
(Make your own healthier bread!)

NO SKIPPING MEALS
One skipped meal slows the mitochondria in the cells to stop being active. Your body will start cannibalizing itself (bone first, then muscle). This triggers “Fight or Flight” and causes many health issues such as inflammation, digestive issues, mood swings, diabetes, promote emotional highs and lows, afternoon crash, unmotivation, depression, low libido, and sleeplessness.

Our bodies are designed to eat and ENJOY variety of foods.

Your brain requires blood (food is turned into blood) every 4 hours as our small intestines requires blood to absorb and excrete bad toxic chemicals. Your last meal will poop out the previous meal’s waste. It not, it will recycle your blood causing health issues.
